Tamarra Aristilde, MS, LMFT 

My name is Tamarra Aristilde, I am a proud Christian, Wife and Mother. I have been working in the human/social services & counseling field for over 17 years. My professional qualifications include: Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist in the state of Massachusetts, Certified CBT Post Disaster Distress Provider, and Certified Mediator.

My ideal client may be an individual, a couple or a family whose unmet emotional and behavioral needs are impacting functioning in multiple relationship domains and is contemplating changing patterns of interactions, behaviors and thoughts to regain or develop an optimal sense of agency in every aspect of life. I am able to successfully engage clients as young as 4 years old to 90 years old. Engaging clients in search of solutions through the use of systemic therapies is my passion. I speak English, French and Haitian Creole fluently. I am a resilient African American female professional and understand the unique circumstances related to immigrating in the United States.

Darline Cadet, LCSW

Darline Cadet is a bi-lingual (English/Haitian Creole) Licensed Clinical Social Worker with extensive experience in Child welfare, Community Connected Practice, Leadership and Counseling. She has provided Individual and family counseling services to young children, adolescents, adults and the geriatric population, utilizing the solution focus model. She is CANS certified. She specializes in Trauma, Addiction and possess extensive knowledge and experience in the treatment of persistent and severe mental illnesses. As a child welfare social worker, she is passionate about children being kept safe and equipping parents with appropriate nurturing tools. Additionally, In her practice, she incorporates working with grandparents and grandchildren and through that, she has found many barriers that families regularly face when mental illness goes untreated. The multigenerational impact is profound. Many in this population are bound by physical, emotional and mental health deterioration. As a geriatric clinician, her mission is to assist individuals develop the motivation to live their utmost best in spite of any debilitating obstacles. She currently provides home base geriatric counseling services to Senior Care Options members residing at home and in Assisted Living facilities.

Rafael Estaban Escalera, MSW, LCSW

Trilingual licensed and certified professional in the state of Massachusetts with a diverse background in HIV/AIDS, substance abuse/chemical dependency, Gerontology, and traumatic experiences, which includes motor vehicle accidents, worker’s compensation, and police brutality.

During my professional career I have developed an interest in educating families and individuals on the impact of HIV/AIDS with the goal of increasing knowledge and awareness. In addition, working with survivors of traumatic experiences has broadened my understanding of trauma, clinical diagnosis and assessment, and ability to work diligently while maintaining a safe therapeutic environment.

Equally important, I have had the opportunity to work with school aged-children, teenagers and young adults. During this phase of my career I was able to gain in-depth knowledge and training in the following areas: Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Trauma Focused-Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Coping skills and Problem Solving, Family Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, Milieu, and Relaxation Techniques models of treatment.

Jean D. Guilloteau,  LICSW

Mr. Guilloteau is a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker, he currently serves as TJocelyne Counseling & Consulting LLC's  Clinical Program Director. Mr. Guilloteau also known as “Mr. G” is an experienced Clinician and is well respected by his peers in the behavioral health field.  Mr. Guilloteau has over 15 year of practice in the human services field and speaks English, French, Haitian Creole. Mr. is an Adjustment School Counselor at the Brockton High School and specializes in working with immigrant families and adolescents of diverse backgrounds.


Edith Pepper, MD

Dr. Edith Pepper is a Board-Certified Psychiatrist. She received her medical degree from University of Missouri-Columbia School of Medicine. She completed her internship at TUFTS /New England Medical Center in Boston and her medical residency at the Boston University Medical School in Boston Massachusetts. Dr. Edith Pepper has been in practice for more than 21 years.  Dr. Edith Pepper fits well within our practice as  she brings a wealth of experience in treating adults with mild to severe mental illnesses and is multiculturally competent in assessing  and meeting the psychiatric needs of individuals from diverse backgrounds.

Mr. Joseph  Cesar, MEd

Trilingual Behavioral Health Clinician/Therapeutic Mentoring /TT&S

Mr. Cesar is an inspirational and proud Educator, he has been providing guidance, instructions and leadership to youths for over two decades. He holds a master’s degree in education and multiple certificates/awards in the development of mathematics curriculum. Mr. Cesar services the Therapeutic Mentoring needs of youths 3-20 years old  and young adults in the New Bedford  and Brockton area.  Mr. Cesar is a competent and well-trained Therapeutic Mentor and has an extensive knowledge of the concept of wraparound services. Mr. Cesar is proficient in speaking, reading, writing English, French and Haitian Creole.



Mrs. Guerdy Seddoh, BA, MABC

Bilingual Behavioral Health Clinician/Therapeutic Mentoring /TT&S

Mrs. Seddoh is  a dedicated  and proud Youth Leader and has been the Youth Program Director for the organization Earth-Link, Earth-Light since 2006, where she developed and implemented a variety of youth programs that engage youth in age- appropriate projects ranging from social, recreational, educational and enrichment activities.  She also has volunteered with various youth programs in helping youth to achieve their dreams and discover their greater potentials.  Mrs. Seddoh continues to ardently pursue continued education to strengthen her passion for providing human services and support to youths from diverse background.  Mrs. Seddoh focuses on providing therapeutic support and mentoring services  to youths 3-20 years old  and young adults in the Brockton and surrounding area. Mrs. Seddoh is proficient in speaking, reading, writing English and Haitian Creole.

My name is Monique Pabon and I have been working in human/ social services field for the past 4 years. I graduated in 2014 with my Bachelors of Arts in Psychology from Fairfield University. I have always had a passion for supporting people in reaching their goals and seeing their potential. My experience has primarily been with individuals ages 3 - 20 in addition to young adults. I am very flexible in my approach when working with children and adolescents, because no two people are the same. I have found this field to provide me with a job that I enjoy doing and look forward to each day.
