My name is Tamarra Aristilde, I am a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist and a National Certified Counselor. My ideal client may be an individual, a couple or a family whose unmet emotional and behavioral needs are impacting functioning in multiple relationship domains and is contemplating changing patterns of interactions, behaviors and thoughts to regain or develop an optimal sense of agency in every aspect of life. I am able to successfully engage clients as young as 3 years old to 80 years old. Engaging clients in search of solutions through the use of systemic therapies is my passion. My most favorite therapeutic approaches are strength based.
I speak English, French and Haitian Creole fluently. I am a Resilient African American Female Professional and understand the unique circumstances related to immigrating in the United States.
